Utilize a systematic approach to design solution for complex engineering problem that meet specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and 11 safety, cultural, societal and environmental consideration. (Design/Development of Solutions)
PO4   Conduct investigations of complex problem using research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of information to provide valid conclusions. (Investigation)
